1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, the consumer has 14 calendar days from the distance contract to exercise the right of withdrawal, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

2. When refund applies

  • Requests within the legal period and before effective use of the service, when applicable.
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors.
  • Serious technical issues, duly documented, that prevent full access to the service and are not resolved by support.

3. When refund does not apply

  • Services already used in whole or in part when the law allows excluding the right to refund.
  • Renewals already charged; cancellation avoids future charges.
  • Fraud, abuse or breach of the Terms of Use.

4. Procedure

To request a refund, contact [email protected], indicating the account, order or invoice and the reason for the request. We will analyze the case and, if applicable, process the refund via the same payment method used.

5. Subscription cancellation

The user may cancel automatic renewal at any time from their panel. Cancellation prevents new charges but does not imply automatic refund of already charged periods.

6. Pricing and taxes

Prices include applicable sales tax. For international payments, additional banking fees, currency exchange rates, and local transaction taxes may be applied by your card issuer and are non-refundable.
