1. Right of cancellation

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, including where relevant distance-selling rules, the consumer has 14 calendar days from the contract to exercise cancellation rights, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

If the digital service begins with your express consent before the period expires and you acknowledge that you may lose cancellation rights, refunds may not apply to the extent permitted by law.

2. When a refund applies

  • Requests within the legal period and before material use of the service, where applicable.
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors.
  • Serious, documented technical issues preventing full access that support cannot resolve.

3. When a refund does not apply

  • Services already used in whole or in part where law permits exclusion.
  • Renewals already charged; cancellation prevents future charges.
  • Add-on services, customizations, domain registrations, or non-recoverable third-party costs.
  • Fraud, abuse, or breach of the Terms of Service.

4. Procedure

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your account, order or invoice, and reason. If approved, refunds are processed via the same payment method within 14 business days.

5. Subscription cancellation and taxes

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time from your account panel. Cancellation prevents new charges but does not automatically refund already charged periods. Prices include applicable sales tax where required. For international payments, your card issuer may apply additional bank fees, exchange rates, and local transaction taxes that are non-refundable.
